Author Guideline
Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts must follow the official CENTIVE 2026 template.
Papers must be written in English, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
The manuscript should be 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
The plagiarism level in submitted papers must be below 20%.
Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer-review process by expert reviewers to ensure quality.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference for inclusion in the proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be submitted following the official CENTIVE 2026 LaTeX template.
- Any submission exceeding the plagiarism threshold will be automatically rejected.
- Authors must ensure proper formatting, citations, and adherence to the template before submission.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Papers that are not presented will not be published in the proceedings.
- Authors are required to submit both an abstract (by 1 April 2026) and a full paper (by 1 June 2026).

Where to Submit
All papers must be submitted via the Microsoft CMT Portal.
- Authors must create an account on Microsoft CMT before submission.
- The submission link will be available on the conference website once opened.

How to Submit
- Register / Login — Go to the Microsoft CMT Portal at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com. Create a new account if you are a first-time user, or log in with existing credentials.
- Find the Conference — Search for CENTIVE 2026 in the conference list and select it.
- Submit Abstract — Before the full paper deadline, submit your abstract through the portal. Fill in the paper title, topic area, and abstract text.
- Upload the Full Paper — Click “Submit Paper” and upload your PDF manuscript formatted according to the official LaTeX template.
- Enter Author Details — Provide the full names, affiliations, and countries of all authors. Ensure the author list in CMT exactly matches the PDF.
- Confirm Submission — Review all entered details and the uploaded file for accuracy, then click Submit to complete the process.
Review Process & Notification
- Each submission will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers through a double-blind peer-review process.
- Authors will receive review feedback and the acceptance/rejection decision by 1 July 2026.
- Accepted authors must submit the camera-ready version of their paper by 1 October 2026, incorporating all reviewer comments.
Publication and Indexing
- All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in [TBD].
- Papers that are accepted but not presented at the conference will not be included in the proceedings.
